Refund and Returns

1-We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders.

Please understand that all orders are made to order. Still

we offer 7 days refund and return policy. After 7 days of your purchase, the refund and return policy shall be invalid. ‘Change of mind‘ shall not be considered for any exchanges, returns or refunds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return order, you are advised to contact us at returns@sovranostyle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request via email, will not be accepted.

 

2-What should I do if I find any quality issues after receiving the product (s)?

Nothing to worry about, we give excellent after-sales service. If by any chance you find any problem with the quality,
it is our humble request to reach us in time, we will replace the apparel custom for you. In this case we will bear the shipping charges.

3-Is it possible to cancel my order after making payment?

Yes, you can cancel your order and ask us for a refund. However, you can only do so within 24 hours after making the payment. After 24 hours, it will not be possible to cancel the order. To cancel the order please send us a Whatsapp message at +972543759961. Please use same mobile number that you used while placing the order. We will not entertain any other mobile numbers in this regard. 

4-What does include product quality issues?

We strive hard to deliver the product with the promised quality. However, the quality issues may include sewing, stitching, printing errors, size difference etc.

Refunds

We will notify you via email upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will update you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7  business days.

Late OR Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales Promotions

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Such items that are on sales promotions cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon opening the package. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us on [email protected]

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item (s) if it is not defected within the warranty period. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

The delivery time may vary for your exchanged product, depending on your location.
