How quickly can I receive my Order?

In order to maintain our elevated standards, orders are processed within 5 business days from the date of payment, Monday through Friday. Typically, delivery occurs within 2 to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and other public holidays) for customers based in United Arab Emirates.

You may use the tracking number provided to you once the order is dispatched to monitor its status on the website of shipping carrier.

2. The carrier of my order is which courier service?

Generally, We ship via DHL Express, Fedex or TCS. Your order will not be processed for shipment until all payment and delivery information is confirmed. However, we may use any other carrier as well if needful. We will inform you accordingly.

Orders destined for Pakistan should be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

The delivery time for other countries is 25 to 30 business days.

Signing for each and every delivery is mandatory, as we require verification of delivery. Without your signature, we are unable to authorize the delivery; therefore, please ensure that you are present to sign for the package. Please be noted, We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a consequence of delivery delays.

3. What is the cost of the transportation fee?

There will be no shipping charges incurred by you. Free international shipping.

4. What are the options for modifying the delivery address of a previously sent order?
